The design was the result of a collaboration effort between Jae Lee and Khang Nguyen while they were both working at Beck. 

Jae and Khang worked together closely to develop this design option, combining their unique skills and expertise to create a cohesive and innovative plan. Their design was carefully thought out and took into account the client's specific requirements and preferences.

However, despite the quality of their design, it was not selected by the client to be built later due to budget constraints. Although it was not ultimately chosen, the design still showcases the talent and creativity of both Jae and Khang, and it is a testament to their ability to work collaboratively to produce exceptional work.
