The main idea behind the design was to create a triangular core with a light well and staircase that wrapped around it. This "triangular" concept was also extended to the facade of the building. The client, who is also a friend of the designer, initially requested a two-story house. However, upon seeing the design, the client was so pleased that they decided to increase the budget to make it a three-story house.
